 November 1 - 30

  • No Shave November | November 1 - 30 | Flyer - Shavers | Flyer - Donators

      • Will shave all facial hair on November 1
      • Will not shave the entire month of November
      • Will wear the winning beard style the first 7 days of December
    • Donators - Vote for the style you would like to see the participants rock the first 7 days in December
      • Using Venmo app: downloaded on apple android devices
      • Search for the app: @MGRMC-Foundation (Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center - Cancer Center)
      • $5.00 per vote (if $10 is submitted it counts as two votes)
      • Include the style number you are voting for and your site
      • No voting limits

   
 

 November 2 - 20

  • United Way Campaign | November 2 - 20 
    • Donate on any smart device using the company's new donation website, epledge.vsuw.org/freeport
    • Select your preferred giving method (recurring payroll deduction or one-time contribution) and up to three eligible 501(c)(3) health and human service agencies to receive your gift
    • Matching Gifts - For donations of $25 or more, the company will double match any amount more than $1,000
    • Angel Days: *Expats, part-time employees and FM O&G field employees are not eligible for Angel Days
      • 1/2 percent: 1/2 Angel Day (equal to 4 hours PTO)
      • 1 percent: 1 Angel Day (equal to 8 hours PTO)
      • 1 1/2 percent or more: 2 Angel Days (equal to 16 hours PTO)
    • Continuous Giving - Become a continuous giver and your donation automatically renews each year
    • Prizes
      • Weekly Prize Drawings: All employees who donate at least $25 through the United Way campaign will be entered into weekly prize drawings for one of four $50 gift cards
      • Continuous Giver Prizes: Employees who donate 1/2 percent or more of your salary and agree to become a Continuous Giver will be entered into a drawing for one of four $100 gift cards
      • Campaign Grand Prizes: All employees who donate at least $25 to United Way will be entered into a drawing for a $500 gift card and a $1,000 gift card
   
 

November 2 - December 11

  • Toy Drive | Deadline for Toys is Friday, December 11 
    • Morenci Lions Club and Freeport-McMoRan have partnered to ensure Greenlee County children will have a wonderful holiday season!
    • Accepting new, unwrapped toys
      • Drop toys off at boxes located around the site
   
 

November 2 - December 11

  • Holiday Angel Tree  
    • Morenci Operations and White Mountain Apache Tribe are partnering  to make the holidays brighter for children in need.

Saturday, November 21

  • San Francisco River Cleanup | Riverside Park, Clifton, AZ | 8 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. | Event Flyer
    • Check in will begin at 8 a.m. at the Riverside Park in Clifton. Attendees can stay in their vehicles to get signed in and receive directions. Staff will be stationed at each target area to give further instructions and a safety briefing. The cleanup will wrap at noon. A sack lunch will be provided! (RSVP required to make sure enough sack lunches are ordered)

  • Gila Watershed Partnership San Francisco River Clean Up | Riverside Park, Clifton, AZ | 8 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. | Event Flyer
    • Check in will begin at 8 a.m. at the Riverside Park in Clifton. The event will be modified so that attendees can stay in their vehicles to get signed in and receive directions. Staff will be stationed at each target area to give further instructions and a safety briefing. The clean up will wrap at noon and a sack lunch from Clifton Hotel will be provided! (RSVP required to make sure enough sack lunches are ordered)
